To help you feel at home in your new place of residence and study, the International Office would like to help you settle in and find your way around.

Infomails: Before you start your studies, we will provide you with a wide range of information on organising your stay at MUHS and life in Gelsenkirchen. You can also contact us at any time if you have any questions, we will be happy to help you.

Mailing List: Our Internationals Mailing List is aimed at all international degree-seeking students. You will receive our event announcements and other news from the MUHS International Office. We would be delighted if you would subscribe to this mailing list via the following link. Even though the registration is unfortunately in German only, we will always include an English version of our mails! A step-by-step guide you will find here.

MUHS Companion App for international students: The MUHS Companion App offers the latest MUHS news as well as events and leisure activities at a glance, the opportunity to meet other international students and to ask questions to the community in a safe environment. It is free of charge and offers a safe space that is primarily available to international students at MUHS. Further information on installation can be found here.

Events: Throughout the semester we also organise activities to which you are warmly invited. You can always find information about events in the MUHS Companion App.

Telephone consultation hours for international students: Do you have questions about offices, accommodation, health insurance, financing or leisure activities? Telephone consultation hours are Mondays from 14:00 to 15:00 at +499475 211 81-12024 (no appointment necessary). Together we will find the answers to your questions.
