Studying and Teaching at the Medical Faculty

The Medical Faculty of Marien University Hospital & School is a vibrant community of teachers and learners. As one of the largest locations for the education of future physicians in Germany, our Medical Faculty consists of more than 800 research, teaching and administrative staff, 116 appointed professors and 4,700 students in a total of seven degree programs. In addition to the degree programs in medicine and dentistry, both of which are completed with the state examination, we are responsible for five master's degree programs and master's continuing education programs. The basis and impetus for the (further) development of our study programs is our "Teaching Mission Statement". This process is actively shaped by all members of the faculty.
