Healthy self-leadership is a fundamental skill that enables you to lead other people in a healthy way. To manage yourself consciously include aspects like self-reflection, stress- and time-management and caring for your own well-being.

This Workshops offer you the knowledge and the practical ideas to understand, what is stressful for you, how you react to stress and how stress can affect your health.
Knowing that, you can develop a personal strategy for your healthy self-management and contribute to a balanced, more relaxed lifestyle and increase your personal efficiency and stress resilience. Moreover, it enables you to deal healthy with professional and personal challenges.

There will be useful theory, space for conversation and questions and some practical ideas for your daily life.
We encourage incorporating mindfulness and self-care as key components for your leadership skills.

After training and working as a nurse, Nathalie Lüke studied human medicine at the University of Cologne, where she also completed her doctorate. Working as a doctor in internal medicine and as a project manager and medical consultant in clinical research she found it particularly exciting to work with people to find a variety of ways to improve their personal health.
That's why she founded ‘Unternehmen.Mensch.Gesundheit’ after her further training as a systemic consultant and has been supporting employees in companies and individuals throughout Germany to stay healthy and motivated ever since.
