If interested you can individually choose additional workshops with topics of your personal interest from JUNOs general workshop programme or university didactics programme (see below) that count for your ACDP certificate.

Alternatively the participants of the Academic Career Development Programme will choose a topic of interest together and take part in the chosen workshop as a peer group.

Topics of choice are for example:

• Science Communication and Self Marketing
• teaching (via MUHS's Hochschuldidaktik/ University didactics)
• application for a professorship
• Staff recruitment
• communication
• conflict management
• project management

as well as other workshops of JUNOs General Workshop Programme.
